Travel as needed to suppliers and/or customers (less than 10%).Ensure that packaging labelling specifications for new toys are met.Analyze customer return and complaints, and issue and monitor corrective action requests to address root cause.Maintain technical files for projects in accordance with various regional requirements.Coordinate internal and external testing as required and planned for the development stage.Develop qualification requirements for downstream stages of testing.Integral member of new product introduction (NPI) teams: lead all quality, safety and reliability activities and requirements to ensure product consistently meets all regulatory and customer requirements.You will also monitor product performance in the field and use this information to anticipate and prevent issues on future products.
